Shipping and Handling Charges
Our best efforts are always made to maintain inventory. We will process your order as soon as possible and notify you of any delay. (Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.) In the event we elect to ship part of your order now and the rest later, you will be given this option and you may be charged an additional shipping charge of $5.99.
In the US Our standard shipping method is U.S. Postal Service, First Class, Priority Mail or FEDEX Ground depending on size and weight of your order. Other methods of shipping is available at extra cost; please call us at 845-778-2325 for pricing.
All other countries: Your order will be assembled and you will be notified of shipping costs. Our standard shipping method is U.S. Postal Service, Airmail. Surface mail is no longer available. Insurance is available for most countries and highly recommended. Minimum international shipping charges is $5.99.
Forms of Payment
Our US customers may use the following forms of payment:
United States: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, money order, or check.
All other countries: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or International money order in US Funds.
Orders received with other forms of payment may be delayed or returned. All orders are to be prepaid. We will not ship orders on a C.O.D. basis, nor will we invoice you for payment at a later date. New York residents, please include 8.125% sales tax.
A service fee of $35.00 will be charged for checks returned to us by your bank.
On credit card orders, we do not charge your card until the order is actually shipped.

Defective Products Exchanges and Returns:
Please contact us at 845-778-2325 for return procedures. You will need to return the item within 30 days of purchase to our office. Be sure to include a brief description of the problem, your name and address, and your telephone number. Items returned for exchange or general retuns must be in original packaging and in saleable condition.
